The selection was really small, and I couldn't find half the things I came in for. The options was limited, which made the whole trip kind of frustrating

"Warranty help was fine, just weirdly slow"
The warranty help was okay overall, but it definitely took longer than I expected. Not saying there’s some grand secret system designed to make people give up on claims… but it did kind of feel like they were testing my patience a bit. In the end, they helped me out, so I can’t complain too much.
"Packed really good, no problems"
The box arrives looking neat and was safe, so I didn’t have any issues with it.

"Stuff is basically never in stock"
I tried ordering a few things, but half of them were out of stock, and a couple just disappeared by the time I got to checkout. So damn annoying when the site still shows them like they’re available. Ended up having to buy elsewhere because this whole thing was a bit of a joke
"Mostly Fine, I Guess"
My order was mostly correct, so that was nice. One item was wrong, but everything else was okay. Not a huge deal, just mildly annoying, but sure, it happens.

I ordered from Kayell and had a question about my order, but it took longer than I expected to get a proper reply. I had to follow up a couple of times, and even then the responses felt short, like maybe they hadn’t really looked into what I was asking.
The product itself turned out fine, so I don’t want to be too harsh, but the customer service side was kind of annoying. I guess it wasn’t terrible, but it just felt like it could’ve been handled with a bit more care

I had to follow up with tech support twice before things really moved along. They did help me in the end, which I appreciated. But the replies were slow. a little confusing at times.

"Helpful team who really know their stuff"
I had a good experience with Kayell. I wasn’t 100% sure which lighting kit was going to work best for my setup, but the staff talked me through the options in a really easy-to-understand way. No awkward vibes or making me feel silly for asking questions, which I definitely appreciated. You can tell they actually know the gear properly. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars is that the reply took a bit longer than I was hoping, but overall I’m happy with the experience.

"Showed up quicker than expected"
I ordered from Kayell Australia the delivery came a bit faster than I expected. The tracking was fine, maybe not the most detailed, but nothing too bad really. The parcel arrived safely and on time, which is the main thing. I only knocked off one star because the updates could’ve been a little clearer, but overall it was a smooth experience...

"Quick replies and helpful support"
I had a question before placing my order, and they got back to me quickly (not instant, but definitely reasonable). The reply was clear and friendly, which I appreciated. I did have one follow-up that took a little longer than I was hoping, so I’m giving 4 stars overall.

I didn’t have a great time shopping here. The site felt clunky. Checkout was a hassle. Nothing felt very smooth. I just didn’t feel like the order process was handled well. I probably won’t shop here again

"Better quality than a lot of similar stuff I’ve tried"
I ordered from Kayell Australia and was impressed. Compared to a lot of other gear I’ve bought around the same price, this felt much more solid and well made. Nothing about it seemed cheap or flimsy. I’ve been using it for a little while now and haven’t had any problems at all. Definitely happy with the purchase and I’d buy from them again.

"Return process was frustrating"
I ordered something from Kayell Australia and yeah... it just wasn’t quite what I thought it would be. Not terrible, just not right for me. So I figured I’d return it.
The return details weren’t super clear. I had to read through things a few times, then wait around for replies. Longer than I expected, honestly. Ended up following up myself just to see where my refund was at.
It did get sorted eventually, so that’s something. But the whole thing felt slower and more annoying than it needed to be. Clearer return steps and refund updates would make a big difference...

"Shipping Could Definitely Be Better"
My order took way longer than expected to arrive, which was frustrating. The tracking information didn’t really help either, as it barely updated and left me guessing most of the time. Overall, the product may be fine, but the delivery experience was not great.

"Prices Are Decent Overall"
The prices seemed okay for the most part. Some stuff felt like a fair deal, but a few items were maybe a little higher than I would’ve expected for what you get. Overall, not bad, just not the cheapest either.
